Our Story & Vision

 

We are the Higham Family and we love gathering people from all different walks of life, to have fun, share food and learn from each other.

 

We moved into Church Street a 15 years ago, which happened to co-incide with when the local water board were selling off the land surrounding their old sewage works!  But it was in a beautiful spot and seemed like too good an opportunity to miss - so we borrowed the money and bought it.

 

Our vision has always been to make the land available for others to enjoy. The summer camp is part of that vision and this is our 12th year of running it - and every year, come rain or shine, something wonderful always happens - that's why we keep doing it.
